@papadimitriou No need to actually uninstall. If you go to the Preferences window and click on the Reset tab, there is a button to reset and quit the app. Then start the app again. Unfortunately, re-index is then needed, which may take a while if you have lots of files. Anyway, hope this helps!
English

@RevisionsMacApp Oh thank you! By full reset, you mean an uninstall?

@RevisionsMacApp hi there, any way of limiting the revision history (the cache is really becoming enormous)?

@Arius123 Sorry for not responding sooner. The short answer is Yes, due to Dropbox API change. See revisionsapp.com/news.html in particular point 3 on the most recent post (January 18, 2018).

@RevisionsMacApp Loving this app! Had run into a situation where its showing deleted files are from a Unknown person. Is this due to something on Dropbox’s side?
English

@ricburton ...you can use "RevisionsAlt" to run a second instance of the app, to monitor a second account. See revisionsapp.com/releases Hope this helps!
English

@ricburton Revisions can currently only connect to a single Dropbox account at a time, either personal or business. But there is a solution...
English

@Anodigital Yes it will. The app does not depend on the Dropbox sync client. (Sorry for not being able to respond to your question sooner.)
English

@fharper Indexing shouldn't make the app unresponsive, so something is definitely wrong. Email me at support@revisionsapp.com and I'll help!
English

@Anodigital Just responded via email (sorry it took a while). Best bet: indexing is still on-going. If this is not the case, let me know!

@fonnesbeck Check your email for a link to an upcoming update! Let me know if it works as intended!

@BrianAmira However, I hope to have an update to the direct download version out very soon, certainly before Sierra is officially released.
English

@BrianAmira Yes, the App Store version works, but Apple does not allow in-app purchase promo codes. :(
English

@fonnesbeck Update: The issue is related to code signing. Working on it... sorry to say I don't have a working version for Sierra just yet.

@BrianAmira ...but unfortunately, per Apple rules, the App Store version can't accept outside premium licenses. Hope to have an update soon!
English

@BrianAmira Since a few days back, I am aware of the issue. Working on fixing it. Note that App Store version is not affected.
English

@fonnesbeck I'll try to release a fixed direct download version within the next few days!
English

@fonnesbeck The Mac App Store version does launch, but would not recognize your direct download premium license (per apple rules).
