In addition to introducing contactless payment, there will be a price change for our rapid chargers. From the 2nd of December 2024, the Revive driver and guest price will be £0.75 per kWh. There is no change to our fast-charging tariff.

Contactless payment terminals are currently being added to our rapid chargers. When it's available you will see the price on screen for both Revive users and contactless price. The contactless price will be £0.83 per kWh.

Create Centre Records Office RV01018 fast charger is currently offline. Electrical works are required at the site. We are working with Bristol City Council to ensure that we can get the charge point back online as soon as these works are complete. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Yate Shopping Centre rapid RV00013 has sadly been vandalised, so is currently offline. We are escalating with suppliers to secure the necessary spare parts, and will update when we are able to get it back up and running.

Victoria Street rapid charger RV00017 - charging bays have been suspended as part of the construction works. We understand the bay suspension is due to be removed by 24/10/2023. RV00016 remains available.

@mccx We appreciate your feedback and are sorry our Revive charger did not meet your expectations. Many prefer RFID to quickly start charging. We're exploring additional payment methods that can be introduced without raising costs (1/2)

🔌 Our tariffs will be changing from 29 Aug. Rapid chargers will now cost 69p per kWh (currently 59p) and Fast chargers will now cost 55p per kWh (currently 45p). This is in response to the continued rise in global energy prices.

Pre-authorisation payment change. The change taking place for GeniePoint users will affect Revive users as well.
