@cryptojoemack @arrington Now that is literally the million dollar question. We are certainly taking our legal counsel very serious and playing by the “current” rules. (Or lack there of...) Definitely not easy to navigate. Even with gifted legal attention to detail.

@arrington So the SEC is collecting information on private deals by accredited investors that have not traded as tokens on exchanges?

We received a second subpeona from the SEC, again collecting information from us as investors in a U.S. company. The legal costs of dealing with these are not insignificant. We will not invest in any further U.S. deals until the SEC clarifies token rules. Pivot to Asia.
