It’s with a heavy heart that we learned of Bunny Becker’s passing. Bunny leaves us all with a legacy of beauty that was her life’s work. Revolution Spirits wishes the Becker family and the @BeckerVineyards family much comfort and peace in the midst of this great loss.

Is it weird that I kind of want someone to make a Texas amaro? Flavors from the region through a bitter Italian lens. I can see Hoja Santa, Epazote, acorn, yaupon, sumac, barberry, mesquite. Lots of options, I think.
