I sit here alone inside my tent thinking about how close I am to my goal, yet still unable to reach it.
After everything I survived through in Gaza, I thought finishing university would be the hardest part. But now I find myself unable to receive my degree because I still cannot pay the remaining fees.
Only $577 separates me from the future I spent years fighting for.
Some nights feel heavier than others. Tonight is one of them.
I keep wondering how different my life would feel if I could finally close this chapter and hold my university degree in my hands after all this exhaustion, fear, displacement, and responsibility.
I don’t know what else to say anymore except that I am tired of feeling stuck while trying so hard to keep hope alive.😔💔
