Hey folks it's Alex! Just wanted to show a little sign of life here since it's getting close to the end of the year. I won't be posting an update vlog for this month because I don't have anything to say besides "Yep! I'm workin' on it!" [1/5]

I can't say when we'll be ready to drop, but I hope this timeline helps give you an understanding of what we're working through. I appreciate everyone's patience! I really want this thing to be the best it can be and unfortunately that takes a lot of time and energy.💜 [5/5]

After the next cut is finished, likely around Q2 or Q3 2022, I'll post another update vlog where I'll quickly go over all of the final touches that need to be made before we can release the film. This will include things like graphics, subtitles, and distribution planning. [4/5]

Quick production update for July 2021!

-don’t know when it’s coming out but goal is to have a final cut finished by the end of next year. -doc will be between 2 and 2.5 hrs. -doc will cover 2008ish-2017ish. -patreon is discontinued because i don’t need the money right now. -probably won't be an update until next year

tl;dw -just finished the 2nd cut of the documentary. story, pacing, and soundtrack are mostly locked in at this point. -gonna be spending the rest of this year finishing up the bulk of the editing work, still taking photo and video submissions.

The soundtrack for this project is almost entirely made up of self-published music by indie artists who offered up their music for us to use, usually for free. But of course, we had to make an exception and pay the licensing fee for this bad boy: youtube.com/watch?v=vIxskj…

Updates will be pretty scarce this year as we work through the 2nd cut, so just wanted to drop a quick status update. Thanks for the support y'all. <3
