@therunchat @peaceloverun I try to run with the hash house harriers every week, but the race schedule keeps me busy. All the other run groups around town are in the evenings, when my work schedule keeps me busy. So I run alone.

@therunchat My most disappointing race was the lake perry rocks 50k. I thought I was ready. I was not. Now, I've got a big ol' "dnf" on ultrasignup. It's okay, though. All the real ones dnf.

@therunchat Process: sulk. Worry. Give up. Recover. It's all in the moment, though. There's no shortcut.
