When I say "promote," it's not like telling your viewers to go watch the video, because it's not good for the algorithm. No no no, it's something else.

@fuuwaku_ Yeah I was gonna point out shorts intros actually on a future post, because I have done something similar before too. How I do it was originally inspired by some Rainhoe shorts, but now I do them in like my own style. It’s an amazing technique to hook the viewer

To all editors out there who struggle to make an intro for stream highlights or something like this, I highly encourage you to reach out to the client about doing a scripted intro, and write one out for them. I pretty much do that for almost every video I work on at this rate

@RoninVTuber Scripted intros (or intros in general) are all about hooking the viewer into the rest of the video. It’s a similar mindset to writing the introduction of an essay, which is something I used to be decent at and had to re-teach myself how to do it.
