Proud doesn’t begin to describe it. Cooper’s hard work, dedication, and heart carried him all the way to the UIL 6A State Championships. He gave it everything he had on the course. What a season and what a journey. You made us Foster Proud. #ProtectTheNest

Sophomore season in the books — finished it off at the 6A State Meet. The race didn’t go the way I wanted, but I’m grateful for every step of the journey this season. Huge thanks to my coach, teammates, parents, friends, and everyone who supported me along the way. Work not done.

Foster XC finishes 2nd at the 6A District 20 Championships! Cooper McGraner 3rd, Reynolds Perry 6th, and Cole Vollmar 9th. The team advances to the UIL 6A Region III Championships — great job, men! Way to make us #FosterProud

Foster XC had a strong showing at the Alief Classic! Cooper McGraner was 2nd, Brody Sullivan 7th, Reynolds Perry 10th. Team ran its fastest time of the season. Big step forward heading into 20-6A District XC meet. Way to make us Foster Proud! #FosterXC

Foster XC Protects the Nest at Cypress XC Relays. Big shout-out to our Falcons for an incredible showing today: Cooper & Brody placed 5th in the Elite division. Perry & Lamothe 1st, and Amos & Meyer 3rd in Varsity. Luera & Vollmar 3rd Freshman division. Everyone ran with heart.
