@Handy This service is absolutely horrible. Scheduled a service for a simple drywall repair. Showed him the issue and said he getting some tools and NEVER CAME BACK! Tried to report the issue but couldn't because of your busted app. They won't refund the fee! $200 for nothing!

@HandyCX @Handy Simple, I want a refund for the money that I paid tofor the service, not because I got bad service but because I got ZERO service! You basically changed me this money for literally nothing! Your customer service has essentially told me there is nothing they can do.

Zoom is not meant for social things with 8+ people. You'd never stand in a circle of ten people with just one talking at a time. We need some kind of chat tool that allows natural sidebars, maybe with the other people still talking but quieter?
