One thing we're making almost every other day right now are Pecan Patties. We take pecans + top them with a dollop of creamy caramel with the perfect amount of chew, + finally enrobe them in chocolate. It sounds simple, but sometimes the simplest things are the most delicious.

Some hand rolled buttercream centres are heading down the enrobing line. They'll be covered in decadent dark chocolate and then they need to "age" in our cold room for a few days until they become the perfect level of creamy! #theartofcandymaking

I'm working on being okay with spiders, and thankfully, these Spiderweb Suckers are helping. Who knew good chocolate was the cure for the heebie-jeebies!
