IT is important to be trained in processing yoghurt. And the more one processed the better you become.

After fermentation you willsee a hard cud cool it & break it by stirring. Add fruits to flavor e.g. banana, mangoes, passions. But to be taken there and then and not be packed..

@farmlinkkenya Yes by use of another yoghurt From a processor as mother culture. First boil e.g. 5L milk and add 200gm or a glass of sugar. . Cool to 45 degrees and add 1 tablespoon of the yoghurt. Stir and incubate for 4 -6 hrs using a fireless buscketto retain the heat.
