2/2 @SWPCardiff With this driver not receiving any consequences for his reckless driving. And for using his vehicle as a weapon. What more can be done to stop such events occurring and ensuring the safety of cyclists in Cardiff?

1/2 @SWPCardiff Yesterday whilst out riding with my girlfriend we were followed by the pictured car. This car remained behind us shouting verbal abuse at us both. He then overtook dangerously in a congested area before breaking to a stop in and make contact with us both. LG66 SNY
