Within the community forensic team we have 3 occupational therapists (soon to be 4) and we use the MOHO model for our service. The occupational therapists have no care coordination responsibilities which I think is quite rare. What model do you use in your community team?

When your kids start a project and neither have full task concept but one has a bit more than the other! You shout instructions from the other room but your ‘handling principles’ are all wrong coz the task is too complex but you don’t have the energy to OT your kids!!! #VdTMoCA
