Interesting research - I had a thought based on seeing reports of many families losing multiple loved ones to COVID-19 and others having not lost anyone as to whether there was a genetic component. I was beat to this by far greater minds - definitely worth reading into.

Alone we can't do it all - no-one can. But we are a large and diverse field which contains so much experience and drive to help. We need to utilise this and advocate for a resolution to causes and not fall into the trap of pulling people from the river without fixing the bridge.

No we are not miracle workers and we don't have all the answers or the power alone to make the change needed. What we do have is a position that allows us to advocate for better, petition governments, educate, demand a voice to inform on harmful policies. 3/4

With the cost of living on the rise, It's a good time to remind yourself that the psychological must be political. If someone in poverty is expressing depression/anxiety due to their current situation. We must start thinking about prevention instead of poorly masking the harm.1/?
