@jennyeclair @RAC Don’t use the RAC when my car broke down it took them 18 hours to come out. We are with the AA £20 a month with home start and onwards journey for a family of 4!

Anyone know why our @RAC membership has gone up by £130 to almost £600 per annum - seems a hell of a jump ??? It’s not like we’ve called them out this year / is there anything cheaper out there - we left the AA for similar bizarre price hikes

@cd_27_ It’s crazy but we have no choice, we have to insure our cars.. Yes I could sell it and drive around in a 1 litre car but I love my car 🤣. When you’ve been driving this long you don’t expect to pay this much. I have a second car which is a 1.6 and that’s £400

@cd_27_ I’m 40, no points, no claims. Driven since I was 18. £1400!!!! (Audi a5 3.0 tdi) I got rid of my Range Rover evoque which started at £600 3 years ago and raised to £3k!
