Dear 2027s,
If you’re heading into your senior year without a commitment, don’t panic.
But don’t become passive either.
Now is the time to:
• Expand your options.
• Reevaluate your target school list.
• Update your film.
• Reach out to more coaches.
• Ask where you truly fit.
• Keep developing.
There are still opportunities out there, but they won’t all look like the plan you made a year ago.
Remember: The goal isn’t to commit first.
The goal is to find the right fit.
Your recruiting journey isn’t over—but your strategy may need to change.
If you only have 15 schools on your list today, ask yourself why it isn’t 50. Expand your options, a school you overlooked may be the school for you.
