The reason WHY he picked the ball up is because he knew the rules. They are taught to pick the ball up regardless of the whistle. If you really have watched football you’ll see defensive players do it all the time on QB hits where the arm is moving forward and waiting for replay review.

Withdrawn but not forgotten in today’s NFL you can pick up a ball after a play is whistled incomplete, turn around with it and walk back towards midfield and four minutes later have it count for two points 🤔🤷‍♂️

Just got my Lakers season ticket invoice. They are not only raising prices next season 14% (for my section), but are also adding a 3% "Admin Fee" if you don't pay in full. 5-month and 9-month payment plans were available for recent previous season, without a % penalty.

Bad teams don’t tank because they are dying to lose for six months straight, alienate fans and create bad habits for their young players. They do it because they have to – the NBA just doesn’t give bad teams a lot of avenues to get better. And a number of the “tanking solutions” that have been proposed would actually make it even HARDER for bad teams to climb out of the bottom of the standings. Flatten the lottery odds? So you’re proposing giving good teams a *better* chance to get the best rookies and bad teams a *worse* chance than they have now? Yeah, that’s bad for the league, bad for fans, bad for players. The NBA needs to focus on creating more pathways to improve, so tanking isn’t the only way - and in my opinion that means holding bad owners accountable too.

I wouldn't recommend going to Inglewood and telling people there that you don't think they rep LA.

SOFI is in LA County, and a few blocks walking distance from LA proper. Inglewood is its own city, but it is nestled in LA, like Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Culver City.
