@Yuki3dx If someone actually dumped it, there would probably be a bunch of clones by now. If someone actually has the bootloader and firmware, they probably didn’t get it from a unit. MIG DIY and MIG X use the same firmware as MiG Switch/Flash, they are probably affiliated.

Weird request. but has anyone dumped the ESP32's flash from a migswitch v2?

@geartahna1 @leonardi1452 @KristHaleWrites @UnlockSwitch Beta testers haven’t received any firmware to test yet. It doesn’t come pre-flashed, so you can’t use the update files from the MIG. Beta testers have been waiting for months.

@NathanLuke81314 @eitjuhh @312ChicagoX @ronlovesmochi @OpenMig Just so everyone knows, that guy is the one who contacted all the selected beta testers and invited them onto a discord server. He has multiple alt accounts from which he posts positively about the product and also pretends to be a regular beta tester.

@NathanLuke81314 @StonedModder @UnlockSwitch Thanks for the summary, I‘m surprised that many people still believe anything they announce. I‘m was chosen as one of the 60 beta testers but got kicked out and blocked. There being no firmware and antenna demonstration should make everyone skeptical.

@alvarodevv @UnlockSwitch You know what would happen if they actually choose to make the firmware open source and available to anyone? There would be countless of clones in a few weeks.

@alvarodevv @UnlockSwitch You don't seem to understand, even if everything goes well, they still lied to you and the other beta testers. They lied about the chip they are going to use, the firmware, the shipment and can't even tell you which open source license they want to use.

I just received my UnlockSwitch PBS! 🥹 Both the cartridge and the programmer look beautiful, you can see a very good quality of materials :=) At the moment beta testers do not have the software, and it does not come preinstalled, so we will have to wait to see it in action. 🫡

@alvarodevv @UnlockSwitch What you mean? Just read their posts, they already lied to us on multiple occasions, why would anyone trust them. Just read their announcements on Discord again, they lied countless of times there too.

@alvarodevv @UnlockSwitch I'm not sure why you started listing all that garbage to begin with, you asked me to explain the pinned videos and I gave you an answer on how it could be done. We will see if the firmware actually releases or not. But it should be clear to you that they lied to all of us.

@alvarodevv @UnlockSwitch About the flashing capabilities. They only announced it, there is still no firmware to actually flash the device yourself as you know (: So why even list it?

@alvarodevv @UnlockSwitch A price is a feature for you? And all the other stuff already exists... People even modified their V1 Mig to have a button... Remember what they claimed a while ago about what they had to do, to make their button work? Maybe you should take another look at the Discord server...

@alvarodevv @UnlockSwitch You can explain all the videos by the first allegations that have been made at the beginning, it could simply be an ESP-32 and ICE-40 transplanted from a MIG Switch/Flash. They haven't shown a single new functionality, not even their "antenna".

@Rice_Robber @UnlockSwitch There is no proof that the first round was shipped, but as I said, the beta testers who had shipment with tracking received their UnlockSwitch, and the firmware is ready, otherwise how do you explain the pinned video of their profile?

@alvarodevv @UnlockSwitch Lies about the shipment. Lies about which internals are going to be used. Lies about the firmware being ready in a week(2 months ago). Lies of the beta testers being in the process of testing the device. Also no details about what parts of the product is going to be open source.

You don’t seem to care and believe everything that they are following up with after lying for months. You don’t need to assure anything, you’re a „beta tester“ no the group behind the product.

@alvarodevv @UnlockSwitch How about you read through all the posts of UnlockSwitch a second time and count all the lies? Regardless of how or when the product releases, they have lied to us countless of times, but you seem to be okay with that kind of behaviour.

@Rice_Robber @UnlockSwitch The product is not supposed to be launched until all beta testers have received and tested their product, so until we have all beta testers, there will be no launch
