Well, da wei is full on member of the CCP and has a literal CCP committee in the company....
Tencent also has one and is mostly controlled by the CCP but kuro is just a subsidiary and they don't really interact much + wuwa is not THAT mainstream yet.

3.2 is one of the most mid patches for me so far. Haven't felt like this since 2.1!. 3.1 was the peak of the game, 3.2 was the lowest of the game. That one time down feeling hits way harder when it's not normal 😭. Lahai-roi feels so dull compared to RINASCITA 🙂. EXCEPTION 3.1😖
