Recently we began the New Year, I had a bit of a cold and the Eagles made an early exit from the playoffs. As a result, I’ve been thinking a lot about why it’s so important to have a GROWTH MINDSET. A growth #mindset is the belief that abilities, intelligence, and talents can be developed through effort, effective strategies, and learning (usually from challenges) over time. It contrasts with a fixed mindset, which assumes those qualities are largely innate and unchangeable. In 2026, let’s have a growth mindset and all get better this year. #GrowthMindset #MindsetMatters
