China's transition to BEV is simply amazing, even more so if you consider the size of their market. Big markets usually have it harder, but China is still among the fast countries to transition.










Globally EV sales now command a ~25% market share. The big shift in 2025 was the growth in emerging markets. Going forward, this will continue and we’ll see the sales of Chinese made cars replace Japanese models. When you take a look at where Japan sits on the table, you’ll understand why. The sooner Japanese automakers stop desperately clinging to outdated technology the better for Japan and the rest of the world.
