Here's a "little guy" - they've only received $196k over the last year for what looks to be one role (with TEA), but they're actively recruiting on the scammer job boards for another role with Texas HHSC. The best part? The new role is "Only for H1B AND H4EAD Visa." @GregAbbott_TX @HarmeetKDhillon @KenPaxtonTX These are tax payer funded contracts going to vendors who openly advertise Americans are not welcome, please investigate and shut them down. @RonDeSantis - FYI, this is a Florida based company - I'm sure it's safe to assume they're bidding Florida Contracts as well.

Two weeks ago I was hitch-hiking at Donner Summit after a failed backcountry ski trip. Nathan’s CHP cruiser rolled up and I thought, here we go, I’m about to get harassed by the cops. Nathan rolled down the window and asked if I was all right. I leaned in and told him I was ok, and gave him my story. He asked if I wanted a ride, and I gladly accepted. In the next 45 minutes we talked, laughed and shared stories. He told me about his wife and kids, his time working in San Jose, and how he loved working up in the mountains away from the city. When he dropped me off, he gave me his personal phone number and told me to call him at 6:30 if I hadn’t gotten a ride - he would pick me up after he got off work and drive me to family in Sacramento. I texted him later in the day to tell him that I had been picked up and thank him. He texted back: All's well that ends well. Glad you made it. I have found myself thinking about how I could repay his kindness in the last couple of weeks. About bringing him a 6 pack of beer, or writing the CHP to commend him. I thought about looking him up when I was in the area and offering to buy him dinner. I thought about becoming his friend. And then I read in the newspaper today that he had been killed on duty this weekend - hit by a car while investigating another accident. And I was, I am, crushed. Buying him a 6 pack or dinner seems so small in scope now. I am sharing this in an effort to broaden that scope. To repay him by inspiring others to be good. Be a good person. Be kind to strangers. Go out of your way to help them when you can. The time for this is now, not later. Later may never come. The measure of your life is your impact on other people. Make it count. Nathan Taylor was a good man. He was kind, and giving, and he wanted to help. He challenged my prejudice against the police. He inspired me to be a better man. You made a difference, Nathan. Thank you. Credit : Paxton Brewer edited for clarity

My name is Chris and I’m an alcoholic. I’m 31 days sober today. I have been invisible because I got checked into a mental facility for 2 days. They got me some much needed help and put me on anxiety meds. Hopefully I can keep this streak going and alive! I’m doing a lot better today

NEW: A restaurant owner canceled his Easter plans to fulfill a dying man’s final wish. Frank Ozimek was in hospice during the final weeks of his battle with cancer, where nurses cared for him and treated him like family. Before he passed, he asked his brother for one thing: Feed the nurses on Easter. There was one problem. Every restaurant they called was closed for the holiday. Then they reached Tommy Milani, owner of Sub Delicious in New York. His response: “Absolutely, whatever you need.” Milani put aside his own Easter plans, opened the restaurant on his day off, and made pizzas for the entire hospice staff. This is beautiful.

Foreigners taking American jobs is about to end! Trump raised the H-1B Visa fee from $1,000 to $100,000. It won’t be economically feasible for companies to hire foreigners anymore! Who else 100% supports this?!?

@AFpost Yeah, you can also believe that immigration should be halted for decades regardless of the Vice President’s in-laws heritage.

.@RealTomHoman: "NO AMNESTY!" I asked the border czar about the 'Dignidad Act,' which could provide amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants. "The president has been clear since day 1, and so have I: No amnesty," he told @DailySignal.

"Guys, there were literally millions of people coming into the United States every single year on false asylum claims. We have those claims down something like north of 95%." @VP discusses the Trump Admin's efforts to crack down on the heavily exploited "legal" immigration.

@WhiteHouse @CBeard007 Yeah, this is total bullshit. Americans can’t find jobs because you keep importing millions of foreigners and incentivizing them to stay. When you finally end these practices and deport those who are here because of them you can then talk about putting Americans first.

Historic tax relief, higher wages, and a manufacturing resurgence. President Trump is finally delivering on what previous Presidents failed to do - putting the American worker first.

Miller's dodge on the act is concerning He had a golden opportunity to slam everyone involved and instead reframed to "valuable immigration" This is the red line, if the admin won't openly denounce these people while endorsing Lindsay Graham there's nothing left to save
Jesse Kelly@JesseKellyDC

The Trump Administration needs to come out today and say the DIGNIDAD Act will not become law. The longer this is out there, the more momentum it gets. The more momentum it gets, the more the base gets disenfranchised. Kill this. Now.

43% of young American college grads (22–27) are now underemployed — the highest rate since the pandemic. They’re nannying, working as baristas, and taking retail sales jobs that don’t require a degree. Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of OPT students keep landing the exact same entry-level STEM and tech roles — with employer tax breaks and no American-worker-first rules. H-1B lottery + OPT extensions = outsourcing American opportunity. AI is already freezing the job market for U.S. grads. Why are we still flooding it with foreign students on taxpayer-subsidized visas? This isn’t a talent shortage. It’s engineered displacement. American STEM grads first. bloomberg.com/news/articles/… #OPT #H1B #AmericanJobs #Underemployment
