Here is Joe Donovan, 89 years old from Illiopolis and still actively farming. The stories and footage @RichSaal is capturing are incredible for history. We are working with several entities on funding the total 10 interviews we plan for the series - and they have great interest.

Some of my own evidence on a topic I don’t normally post about. I started lifting consistently around age 12 with my dad and kept the habit over the years. Only yesterday did I hit the best deadlift PR of my life at age 40. Always room for growth / adventure - a lifelong game.

Mark was an authentic Springfield character and spent his life supporting the idea of downtown vitality. Like the shop, Mark too was one-of-a-kind.

Always amazed and grateful of a strangers willingness to let me photograph them just because it's a nice day in the city. Chicagoans enjoy the day as warmer temperatures pass through the Bridgeport, Back of the Yards, and Englewood neighborhoods Sunday afternoon in Chicago.
