Diddy Might Be A Free Man Today 👀
His lawyers are appearing before a federal appeals court and argue his freak-offs were not a violation of any law, it was kinky p*rn that is protected by the U.S. Constitution.
Diddy was convicted of the Mann Act which prohibits the transportation of prostitutes across state lines to engage in s*x acts.
Diddy's lawyers claim the Mann Act doesn't apply "Freak-offs and hotel nights were highly choreographed s*xual performances involving the use of costumes, role play, and staged lighting which were filmed so Combs and his girlfriends could watch this amateur p*rn*graphy later. P*rn*graphy production and viewing of this sort is protected by the First Amendment and thus cannot constitutionally be prosecuted."
Prosecutors call the claims "meritless," but Diddy's prosecution is not a classic Mann Act.
Diddy's legal team is also arguing the 50-month sentence is out of line with sentencing guidelines they say the typical sentence is 15 months. Diddy has served 19 months so far.

Papoose numbers have seen a huge increase since he started beefing with 50 Cent, marking his all time high streaming wise.
Jay-Z recently said battles aren’t needed anymore in the culture, while DaBaby declared a rapper proposed him to have a fake beef for promo while the Drake and Kendrick Lamar feud was taking place.
Of course, looking at these statistics we can safely affirm 50 Cent is correct when he calls himself “the algorithm”, but is Hov correct?

Papoose is keeping his momentum going by speaking on 50 Cent.
During his latest interview with DJ Vlad, he was asked how he felt about 50 snubbing him for never having a hit record.
Papoose responded by saying that 50 Cent shouldn’t speak on the topic, since he hasn’t had a hit himself since 2005:
“This n***a been fell off a long time ago. Why is he talking about hit records? I know it’s been a long time since this n***a been hot on a musical level. I Googled ‘when was the last time 50 Cent had a hit record,’ it said 2005. Vlad, it’s 2026.”
50 Cent hasn’t responded yet, but for context, his latest release “No One Told Us” with Leon Thomas is currently the #2 most added song on Urban Radio.

Snoop denied that the tour is happening, saying it’s just “A.I. bullsh*t” and that if it were real, he would be the one talking about it personally.
