@WachterBry43074 @fightazon Generally that’s all they do when force is applied
English

@Richard337698 @ChucklingChrly Wrong. Penn V Mimms allows them to extract you from the car only if they have Reasonable Articulable supported by a Single Articulable Fact that the driver is BOTH Armed and Dangerous.
English

Perfect way to handle an officer that just violated his rights.
This officer pulled him over for a tint violation but then without consent took it upon him self to open the door of the vehicle and remove the firearm of the driver. Keep in mind the driver already provided his permit with his ID during the stop with the tint.
English

@luistonytaylor @ChucklingChrly The U.S. Supreme Court reasoned that the intrusion of asking Mimms to exit the vehicle was minimal compared to the legitimate concern for the officer's safety. The Court emphasized that establishing a face-to-face confrontation reduces the risk of assault by preventing unobserved
English

@luistonytaylor @ChucklingChrly The action to step out of the car is merely for the officer's safety and is not a serious infraction of the driver's liberty.
English

@MlCHlELMlTCHELL @DavidMarkert @ChucklingChrly Their job is to rule on specific questions.. have to abide by their judgement
English

@Richard337698 @DavidMarkert @ChucklingChrly Especially when Supreme Court decisions are violating said Constitution.
Would you not agree?
English

@Richard337698 @ChucklingChrly It wasn't being removed for safety. It was being removed for investigation. Very different
English

@ChrisMurphyCT Of course your fucked up ass is rooting for Iran
English

@KiryuMechaG @ChucklingChrly ^^^ can you provide this type of proof ??
English

@Richard337698 @ChucklingChrly Actually, no, it does not. Pioneer V Indiana.
“the presence, and or possession of a firearm in and of itself is not grounds to stop, detain, disarm, or question and individual, as it does not fall within the scope of reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime”.
English

@KiryuMechaG @ChucklingChrly Link to the Supreme Court case ? Doesn’t show up searching tha case name .. if that’s a state case, it applies only to Indiana
English

Nice job by @RoKhanna on #FoxNews 👏
And Ro was 💯 right that the Iran Nuclear Deal (JCPOA) was supported by the 5 permanent members of the UN Security Council (US, France, China, Russia, UK plus Germany) & $1.7 billion of Iranian assets released was their money from a 1970s military equipment deal paid for but never delivered #FactsMatter👇
Aaron Rupar@atrupar
Khanna to Maria Bartiromo: "Barack Obama was a great statesman who left America much safer. I wouldn't put Donald Trump in the same paragraph. Obama actually did his homework ... all Donald Trump did is listen to Netanyahu. That's his entire foreign policy."
English

@LindberghsGhost @ChucklingChrly Anytime during the stop .. tell
Me
In Mimms where it states “ at the beginning of the stop “
English

@Richard337698 @ChucklingChrly At the begining of the stop.
English

@DavidMarkert @ChucklingChrly Supreme Court decisions are every bit as important as the Constitution
English

@Richard337698 @ChucklingChrly The second amendment disappears because the officer is scared. He’s supposed to be scared. People shouldn’t be afraid of their government; governments should be afraid of their people.
English

@travelingflying You are the one injecting race into a story about drugs.
His race did not make him high on drugs.
Being high on drugs is why he fired a gun.
