Video of an 18-wheeler almost crashing into a school bus that pulls out right in front of it and blocks the whole road. I’ve had buses do the exact same thing to me. I totally understand the anger, especially when you’re behind the wheel of something that big and heavy.

@Richard337698 @ChucklingChrly Wrong. Penn V Mimms allows them to extract you from the car only if they have Reasonable Articulable supported by a Single Articulable Fact that the driver is BOTH Armed and Dangerous.

Perfect way to handle an officer that just violated his rights. This officer pulled him over for a tint violation but then without consent took it upon him self to open the door of the vehicle and remove the firearm of the driver. Keep in mind the driver already provided his permit with his ID during the stop with the tint.

@luistonytaylor @ChucklingChrly The U.S. Supreme Court reasoned that the intrusion of asking Mimms to exit the vehicle was minimal compared to the legitimate concern for the officer's safety. The Court emphasized that establishing a face-to-face confrontation reduces the risk of assault by preventing unobserved

@Richard337698 @ChucklingChrly Actually, no, it does not. Pioneer V Indiana. “the presence, and or possession of a firearm in and of itself is not grounds to stop, detain, disarm, or question and individual, as it does not fall within the scope of reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime”.

Nice job by @RoKhanna on #FoxNews 👏 And Ro was 💯 right that the Iran Nuclear Deal (JCPOA) was supported by the 5 permanent members of the UN Security Council (US, France, China, Russia, UK plus Germany) & $1.7 billion of Iranian assets released was their money from a 1970s military equipment deal paid for but never delivered #FactsMatter👇

Khanna to Maria Bartiromo: "Barack Obama was a great statesman who left America much safer. I wouldn't put Donald Trump in the same paragraph. Obama actually did his homework ... all Donald Trump did is listen to Netanyahu. That's his entire foreign policy."

@Richard337698 @ChucklingChrly The second amendment disappears because the officer is scared. He’s supposed to be scared. People shouldn’t be afraid of their government; governments should be afraid of their people.

@travelingflying You are the one injecting race into a story about drugs. His race did not make him high on drugs. Being high on drugs is why he fired a gun.

A White firefighter in Wisconsin saved a Black man who was overdosing on drugs. After being revived, the Black man immediately pulled a gun and shot the White man who had just rescued him dead. Mainstream media didn’t report this incident, as it doesn’t fit their narrative.
