#ColorectalCancer is now the leading cause of cancer-related death among people younger than 50 in the U.S. It’s a critical moment for #ColorectalCancerAwarenessMonth to spread the word and help drive earlier diagnosis and treatment. We’re developing SOT109, a next generation #ADC designed to target CDH17, an antigen that is highly expressed in colorectal cancer and other GI cancers. Check out how ADCs like our SOT109 program work to address cancers like colorectal cancer below. In the article below, Chief Scientific Officer, Amy Jensen-Smith, shares her perspective on the urgent unmet need in #sarcoma and why advancing researching in this complex disease area is so critical, especially on #RareDiseaseDay. SOTIO is committed to developing precision-based therapies for sarcoma, exemplified through SOT106, our investigational antibody-drug conjugate (#ADC) targeting LRRC15, a clinically validated target broadly expressed across sarcoma subtypes. 👉 linkedin.com/posts/amy-jens… #RareDiseaseDay2026 #RareDiseases #RareCancers #OncologyDevelopment

This May, Bio€quity Europe, organized by @BioCentury and #EBDGroup, heads to Prague for its 26th year. We’re thrilled to welcome the biotech community to our home city. We’ll be meeting fellow #oncology experts and showcasing how our emerging pipeline, including our #ADC programs, is turning cutting-edge science into new treatment options for difficult-to-treat solid tumors. We’re eager to engage with those shaping this next wave of innovation. We are excited to share this collaborative publication in @NaturePortfolioCommunications, led by our partners at the @UniBasel_en alongside the SOTIO research team. The study shows that ovarian cancer dramatically alters the omentum, a fatty tissue in the abdomen, when it spreads there. By mapping individual cells in healthy and cancer-affected tissue, researchers found that the cancer reprograms the omentum to support tumor growth. We thank our academic collaborators and all contributing institutions for their scientific excellence and dedication in advancing cancer research: @UniSpitalBasel, @ETH_en, @ISBSIB, @CharlesUniPRG Read the full text here: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41397972/ #OncologyResearch #OvarianCancer
