In winter, when temperatures hit -20°C, food deliveries by road are too dangerous. The solution? Drones. Each lightweight meal—borscht, soups, and porridges—costs under £1 to produce. A small drone carries 20 meals; a large one, 50. The food reaches soldiers who are cold, hungry, and under attack. Sometimes, drones are shot down.
