Great article. I’ve long thought that Greek cuisine is misunderstood and intimidating to many. It’s more than a Greek salads & Gyros. And a many of the traditional Greek dishes are difficult to pronounce. I don’t think people understand how seafood focused it can be. Some of the best food I ate in Europe was in Athens. So fresh, so vibrant.

This week, easily the best dish I enjoyed was from Il Ponte in Woburn, one of my Top 5 Favorite Restaurants. Homemade pasta, topped by a creamy black truffle sauce and topped by freshly shaved white truffles. Decadently delicious with the rich umami of the truffles.
