Never allow basis stock to be issued to anyone ever. Never issue shares without cash in escrow. Basic stuff. $xoni will be back to a dime or likely much higher if JPM etc.. is forced to buy the shares off the market which is a real possibility. Someone failed to do their DD on the compliance side to allow the deposit to even occur is my read.
