@GNFI Singapore's Long Term Plan includes a potential link to Batam btw. Personally heard from planners that they are, and had considered it in the past

Ah the main railway station of Japan's most traditional city... A giant cavernous atrium with a canopy of steel and concrete, with a gigantic 12 storey tall staircase of LED lights.

Oh, and nearby, there is a Starbucks with a preserved Kyoto Tram. Kyoto's extensive tram network was largely dismantled in 1978, apart from the Randen Line, and the city is now ruled by its buses, some of which are useful for getting to the tourist trap of Higashiyama

Last but not least, at the exit of the museum, there is a turntable with lots of old preserved steam locomotives. They even have rides for some of them but I didn't manage to get on one.

Of course I went to the iconic Ochanomizu river view. Managed to capture all three lines at once, but only for a few seconds.

Chilling at Manseibashi in Tokyo, a former railway station along the JR Chuo Line (Rapid), near Akihabara. The platform is now a viewing gallery and a cafe.
