I do not know if this is a sketch. A stepfather who raised a stepdaughter for 17 years and then out of all of the sudden the real father decide to show up and the mama sided with her daughter to take her daddy to the prom.. but the stepdaddy have to pay for everything. I have seen a few few cases like this.. I had a friend of mine who experienced similar. Was he wrong?.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in public areas. The sex offenders could’ve simply gone into their homes to avoid interaction with the videographer. Whether or not selling candy bars is an offense, IDK, but I doubt it. One can either say they want to buy a candy bar, or that they don’t. There was nothing illegal committed by the videographer. Not defending the SOs but, if Tyler had been forthcoming in the first place, the officers may have favoured him more. I'm starting to wonder if the original cop is the same as the guys in the mobil park. They should maybe reserve a spot for him in the future. If someone has done their time and they’re living life and *not bothering others* then even if they’re SA’s they have the right to not be harassed continually. (And I’m all for taking SA’s out back old yeller style in many cases)
