Just back from a mass for my darling husband. Very sad. I lit candles, one for my Mum too who was a devoted Catholic. Everyone in the congregation spoke so well of him and how modest and kind he was. Which he was. I felt his presence and felt comforted, surrounded by love 🧡

A very happy 82nd birthday to actress and friend Valerie Leon, who is one of very few to have starred on all of the big British film series - Carry On, James Bond, Hammer Horror and Pink Panther. I've known dear Valerie for 30 years. Just so lovely.
