@RichLew82 @roathboy I was shocked at how competitive we were for such a sustained period last night. I appreciate that there are levels to the game & Chelsea were levels above at times but that’s also reflected in their wage bill. I genuinely felt the score line undermined an incredible performance.

@roathboy Apart from that one mistake I thought he had another good game and didn’t seem overawed by the level of opposition. He’s a very good player and will eventually play at the top level I’m sure. Hopefully with us.

That first goal was tough on Dylan Lawlor, but he’s a progressive passer out of defence, mistakes happen and Premier League clubs will always punish you. I thought he was brilliant tonight though and showed what a good player he’s going to be. What a good player he already is
