I’m PISSED. A cyclist southbound on Garden City, turned west on Williams while at high speed, ignoring his red light & my green. It freaked me out & if his bike lost traction in the slick conditions, I would have killed him. I rolled down my window and called him an a$$#ole.

Interesting. Now things are making more sense.
