@AlaskaAir This is our claim number JNUAS72068783 and after 2 days one of our 4 pieces of luggage got delivered. Unfortunately 3 are lost and cannot be found by the Baggage Claim central.. we are very concerned since we are working on a cruise and we have our lifes in those luggages

@AlaskaAir Me and my wife traveled with you 2 days ago and because of one delayed flight, the airline lost our 4 pieces of luggage! I called to the local baggage office at Juneau and they do NOT know where they are! We are on a cruise and no one is helping us!
