For those asking where we’re headed, I wanted to share a clearer look at what we have underway at TAP Real Estate. On the consumer side, TAPRealEstate.com is being developed to bring more modern tools into a space that has seen very little true innovation. We’re focused on AI agents, property reports, a My Home Cloud experience, and integrated services for agents, buyers, sellers, and homeowners. The goal is simple: make real estate more transparent, data-driven, and easier to navigate. On the commercial side, we currently have an option to purchase the Zermatt Resort in Midway, Utah. It’s a four-season property with a broad range of activities and represents the type of asset we believe can benefit from a more modern ownership model. Tokenized Asset Portfolios (TAPs) are designed to rethink traditional structures like REITs by improving how ownership, liquidity, and participation are structured. To be clear, this transaction is not guaranteed, and we continue to evaluate additional properties, both whole and fractional, as part of that effort. Across both areas, the focus is on integrating technology where it actually improves the experience, including AI, digital wallets, and blockchain infrastructure. That applies to everything from payments and transactions to ownership and long-term engagement. There’s a lot of work underway, and this is about building it the right way.
