My position, logically enough, was that this wasn't an example of a meritorious claim dismissed because of Section 230. And I predicted that even if I did show that, you would simply pivot to another argument without even acknowledging that this was not in fact an example of a meritorious claim dismissed due to Section 230 even though you chose the case and the claim specifically to show that one thing. And what happened? I showed that this claim was not dismissed due to Section 230. You, as I predicted, neither acknowledged that claim not rebutted that claim, but moved on to a completely different argument. Sure, I could again put in the effort and do the research to rebut this brind new claim. But what would the point be? You don't care whether your claims are true or false. You've demonstrated that over and over. If you argue in court the way you argue on social media, you absolutely would deserve to be sanctioned with a dismissal with prejudice. There is not even the slightest hint of good faith or honest engagement anywhere to be found.
