I find it funny that Kong's chest beating is always slow and dramatic, meanwhile when real life gorillas beat their chest it's super fast and makes a goofy and yet satisfying sound

@The_Good_Ivory You’re not looking at the right part of the frame. There is a clear triangular shape to it that moves in motion with it. Gonna just leave it here cause we’re not gonna come to terms with this

@EthanCaron13 The Jack Black ep being bad isn’t because of baby Yoda being cute. It’s a low effort filler episode that progresses nothing and is written and directed horribly outside baby Yoda. There can be more than one reason to why something is bad. Scapegoats don’t paint the full picture.

@EthanCaron13 There is no way of knowing that would affect the writing process of the show. The writers are different from the creature designers. They don’t have the same job. They can be told to do it but that doesn’t automatically equate to them coming up with an idea that would be better.

Ok but how does intentionally making him ugly affect the writing quality of the show?

@The_Good_Ivory Because otherwise you wouldn’t see them, the direction has to cater to breaking realism of the shot to show that. Despite it not being anywhere else. Its very uncanny to what the rest of the scene including the weather effects are going for

@The_Good_Ivory They aren’t. Beforehand burst they’re subtly highlighted matching the grade while the one I’m showing has them focused on and stylized to be seen better which breaks its own direction
