Debating the best time zone for sports fans. I said Mountain...by far. Lots of blowback on that. Seems obvi.

I don't know how this game is going to end, but these Aggies are not going away quietly. Down 18, now down 7. 56-49, 10:27 left.

@jwalker_sports Does anyone know why USU only had a 20 second shot clock after the 10 second backcourt violation??

7:27 2nd Half - Utah State 49, Arizona 56 The Wildcats haven't made a field goal in seven minutes and have committed four turnovers in the last three minutes. Utah State has trimmed an 18-point deficit to seven points with two Adlan Elamin free throws that could bring it down to five.

@Chase_Swartz3 How is that even unpopular?? I agree with you! Colin Chandler would be a legend in Provo! I understand why he followed Pope to Kentucky but man I sure wish he would have stayed.

Unpopular opinion among BYU fans: I want Colin Chandler in Provo. He is a knockdown shooter that can also create off the dribble.

Only reason I’m bummed BYU lost is bc I don’t get to watch AJ anymore. That was fun & a few more games would have been more fun but 63 teams lose earlier than they want to. AJ definitely cemented himself tonight as the overall #1 right? That was crazy. Excited to cheer for him

Someone needs to ask the ref why he called a foul and changed it to a time out. Closed fist = foul.

Opening 3-30-26 First Watch in Logan. Coach @coachwesbball says this will be an asset in the recruiting process. That’s enough of an endorsement for me.

@USUtheRightBlue The worst part of the bad seeding is they get the best team in the country in round 2. So frustrating!

@collinsworth55 Arizona gonna win it all! They are so deep, balanced and can counter punch better than anyone else I’ve seen this year.

Former BYU QB Steve Clements joined @espnthefan to discuss which new faces could step up in Spring Ball: Q: Camp Kalani is starting up now. We’re seeing reports come out, videos on social media, reading articles, interviewing guys. What have been the key storylines for you coming out of camp this spring? Steve Clements: I think what I’m going to be watching is all the transfers we’ve had, on both sides of the ball, and how quickly they can make an impact along with the freshmen. So basically the new faces—how quickly can they impact? How quickly can they come in, learn the playbook on either side of the ball, mesh with the team, and work with the leadership that stayed. Even though Bear is still young, he’s kind of a veteran now. How all these guys mesh together with a new defensive coordinator, and how Bear progresses having a year under his belt on the offensive side. I think the want is to throw the ball a little bit more. But we also have kind of an issue at receiver right now. That’s the next big question mark—who fills the roles of Chase and Parker, and how does that receiver room line up depth-chart wise and rotation wise. There’s a lot to look at, but that’s what spring is for, and it sounds like so far so good. Q: Who are the guys you’re most intrigued by that could create a significant role for themselves this year? Steve Clements: I know we’ve talked about this before, but I think the two Lehi kids—Devaughn Eka and Legend Glasker—I think they’re due to make an impact on the offensive side of the ball. Having talked to them, they’ve ingrained themselves into college life, which is vastly different than going to high school. They’re excited to be there. They’ve talked about how much weight they’ve gained, and how the strength and conditioning program at BYU has really elevated their game. Spring allows them to get some girth on their bodies, especially Devaughn. But I think they’re really going to make an impact offensively as young 18- or 19-year-olds. Devaughn especially with LJ back, Moa, Rex—Devaughn—I think the running back corps is now going to be a strength going forward. Now the question is: what do we have at receiver? Who’s going to step up? Who’s going to raise their hand and say, “I got this. Here, hold my root beer and watch this." Full interview: spreaker.com/episode/3-6-26… 📸: @BYUfootball @BYUphoto

Here is the 2025-26 MWCT WBB Bracket: Aztecs are the #1 seed but have had some weird off games. It only takes one. Despite UNLV’s rare struggles in MWC play they still end up as the #2. That’s a team who said “We will figure it out in March” and they did. #4 New Mexico has never been to the title game under Bradbury but this tournament could be his best shot despite a likely tough QF vs Boise State. Boise State lost to UNLV last night and fell from #2 to #5, which is a brutal fall with New Mexico and most likely San Diego State lined up next. Only one #11 seed has ever won a game in the Women’s side of this conference tournament. That was Utah State in 2019-2020 when they upset San Diego State 81-79 in OT. This Aggie team will try to become the second to do so but faces an opponent that they have yet to beat (0-3), and all three losses by double digits (14, 20, 20). Talk to you all Saturday night.
