To the Black people coming after me for not standing with Karmelo Anthony:
I don’t have to support him just because he’s Black.
I don’t owe him allegiance.
I don’t owe him loyalty.
I don’t owe him silence.
A kid is dead. A family is destroyed. And yes, that child happened to be white.
Too many of you are only defending Karmelo because he is Black. If the races were reversed, a lot of you would be screaming from the rooftops and demanding justice every single day.
So miss me with the fake outrage.
Being Black does not mean I have to defend every Black person accused of doing something evil. Being Black does not mean I have to ignore right and wrong. Being Black does not mean I have to celebrate or excuse the death of a child.
I stand on morals, not skin color.
You can be mad at me all you want, but I will never support turning a dead child into a race war just because the accused is Black and the victim was white.
Wrong is wrong.
And I said what I said.

@Barkley_Tap If Brady had Daks receivers and line this wouldn't even be worth discussing Brady did more with less than any great QB

@JoeA_NFL Granted Drake is solid ,bright future but Caleb has the higher ceiling

Drake Maye is far better than Caleb Williams.
In every offense. From every perspective. In nearly every single trait.
It isn't even a conversation.
He always was.
This is what happens when you marry pre-draft takes based in highlights, then highlight-scout in the NFL.
Caleb is more agile. Maye is better in literally every other way.

Caleb vs Drake is so interesting to me because basically every single metric has Maye as far and away the better player. And then you get to Caleb's super power which is just NOT taking horrendous sacks, and that also happens to be Drake's biggest weakness.

Eddie Ray Hill Jr. lost his life trying to protect a female coworker during a domestic violence situation involving her estranged husband. The husband showed up at her workplace, Eddie stepped in to help, and he was shot to death. The husband then injured his wife before taking his own life.
Stories like Eddie’s do not get enough attention. He was someone’s son, father, brother, and friend. Too often, men risk their lives stepping into dangerous situations without knowing the full history, the threats involved, or whether weapons are present. In this case, the husband was reportedly a convicted murderer out on parole. This is why I constantly tell men to be cautious when intervening in domestic disputes. You may think you are helping, but you may not know what kind of violence or instability you are walking into. Some men end up losing their lives trying to save someone else.
Rest in paradise to Eddie Ray Hill Jr. Prayers to his family, loved ones, and everyone affected by this tragedy. His funeral will be held on May 25.
