The results of the #NHS Staff Survey were published last month. Here are some of the key takeaways: ✅ 90.36% feel trusted in their roles ✅ Work-life balance support up 7.23% ✅ Positive action on wellbeing rises to 55.56% ✅ 71% feel valued by their managers

Today, Admiral Nurse Marilyn, held the first Dementia training session for volunteers. After only joining @PHU_NHS a few months ago, we are so grateful for the opportunities she is creating for our volunteers. This session was incredibly useful and we are excited to see more!☀️

An excellent week for the DEED Wave 1 Wards from OPM! All of them are running their Improvement Huddles and starting to make Improvements happen on their wards. It is a true MDT approach as we had huddles led today by a Pharmacist and a Consultant! @PHU_NHS @OpmSenior
