A ton of schools serious about competing in CFB and CBB are heading this direction. Not sure this ever happens without the Whit presentation and the Franklin hiring.

I'm not sure Franklin will ever break into that elite-tier of recruiting, but sitting in the low-to-mid teens every cycle should be enough to meet the expectations at Virginia Tech.
