@virginmedia I have checked and done everything. But it’s not responding. It’s been almost a week and I pay almost £67.00 a month for that. Totally unhappy with your service 👎

I mean it’s been nearly a week and this keeps happening so I’m very tempted to have the service cancelled and go to a competitor. Any advice? 🙄🤔
