Meet SBI RM = Real Monster Saurabh Chandra = fully responsible. Under his authority, an SBI employee was made to suffer for months while his mother battled cancer in ICU. No urgency. No empathy. No relief. 💔 and after harassment that employee has lost his mother. Serious allegations already exist about his abusive behaviour, and staff complaints from the past were reportedly ignored by SBI. This is not procedure. This is misuse of power. This is institutional cruelty. If he is innocent, SBI must release the file movement and timeline. If not, why is he still protected? 💔UPDATE: HE LOST HIS MOTHER 💔 Let the world know the truth. When an SBI employee faced a medical emergency, when his mother was fighting cancer in ICU, when he needed urgent financial support 👉 India’s largest public sector bank chose delay, silence, and harassment. Today, he has lost his mother. This is not just tragedy. This is institutional failure. This is inhuman negligence. For months, he pleaded. For months, the system ignored him. For months, a RM had the power to help and chose not to. Let this be recorded clearly: 📌 Public banks talk about empathy. 📌 But when their own employee needed help, they exposed their cruelty. This is the height of ignorance and apathy. This is what happens when targets matter more than human life. ⚠️ ACCOUNTABILITY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE Action must be taken against the concerned Regional Manager (Region-3, Varanasi) whose decisions made an employee suffer at the worst moment of his life.
