@but_cyclists @Hard_as_putty A quick Google search says that you won't be covered if you are in an accident, this has to be added on as an extra. Also if your bike is stolen from anywhere else other than your home, you probably won't be insured. Again you have to add this on.

People defending phone drivers: they're all honest, hard-working people just trying to make ends meet. Plus cyclists don't have insurance, MOTs or road tax. Meanwhile, phone drivers:

@RideJetson Nah, already did that through your reddit and website. Was told since its past a year I have to pay for repairs on a battery swap, only having a year coverage on a modern battery tells me what I need to know in the future purchases. Ill just look at other brands.

Never buying a @RideJetson product again. Battery failed a J5 after just a year and a half, so I have a giant 650$ paper weight and upset kid. They wont service it without spending a whole bunch of money, a battery shouldn't fail that soon in any modern electric vehicle.

@m_mulu18 Hi Mulugeta, you will need to reach out to the specific airline you are flying with and see if lithium ion batteries are allowed to fly. Hope this helps!

@RideJetson super disappointed with our hoverboard purchase! We got the Pixel for our son for Christmas and I can’t get it to recalibrate at all. It’s been over a month and I can’t seem to figure out how to get a hold of any customer support. The website just loops.

@RideJetson Hi i just purchased the e-bike from best buy. and the one of the tires has no air. i don’t have an air pump yet. i hope its not defective. is it normal or does this happen often a brand new e-bike has no air in its tires?
