We can't tell exactly what occurred from your message, but will share with Customer Service to look into this. We have several cameras that they can review. In the future, if you have more details and can share on the Alert SacRT app, our Operations Department can address in real-time.

@RideSacRT which bus driver drives the 81 Bus heading toward Florin Town Center during 3 pm on Saturdays? Cause I think it’s very unprofessional to not let a passenger get on the bus when they were not even 1 foot away from the stop. Hire better Bus Drivers ❤️
