You can’t trust yourself when you drink. Put the keys away and grab a sober friend, call a taxi or rideshare, or take public transportation home.

This month, remember M.A.Y. M — Make yourself visible. A — Assume they can’t see you. (Ride defensively. Never take for granted that a driver sees you.) Y — Yield the Right of Way. (Even if you’re right, it’s not worth the risk. Stay patient, stay safe.)
