They took their time, but all 5 butterflies were released this morning 🦋

The final butterfly has emerged this morning! Families of Apple Tree, Mrs Smiles will be releasing our 5 beautiful butterflies tomorrow (Thursday 6th April) at 9am next to the park, opposite school. If you can, we'd love for you to come and watch them flutter away with us!

How many butterflies can you spot now? And how many does that leave to still emerge? You may notice the reddish liquid on the netting, remember Apple Tree, this isn't blood, it is meconium that the caterpillars didn't need to turn into butterflies! 🦋🦋🦋🐛🐛

We will make contact next week with the winners of the raffle. A huge thank you for your support in raising £256. This is an incredible amount to send and will be providing essential support for those who have lost their homes, belongings, livelihoods and loved ones.

Wow...nearly £100 raised already! Raffle tickets will be sold tomorrow after school by the gates and Thursday by Spread the Happiness club at the office. They are also available anytime in the office! We can't wait to draw the raffle on Friday morning 🤗🤞 #inittowinit
