Encouragingly, Tanzania’s proposed inclusion of helium on its new Critical and Strategic Minerals list highlights the growing recognition of helium’s importance to global supply chains and the country’s emerging role within the sector.

This week marked an important milestone in #RIFT's journey as a newly listed company, as we were proud to participate in the London Stock Exchange opening ceremony alongside our Board, advisers and distinguished guests, including the Tanzanian High Commissioner to the UK.

It was a privilege to celebrate the occasion alongside our Board, management team, advisers and distinguished guests, including the Tanzanian High Commissioner to the UK.

Yesterday marked a proud milestone for #RIFT as we opened the market at the London Stock Exchange following our recent admission to AIM.

We would like to thank everyone who has supported Rift Helium on its journey to market and we look forward to the next phase of growth as a publicly listed company.

The Company was also pleased to welcome H.E. Ambassador Mbelwa Brighton Kairuki from the Tanzanian High Commission to the ceremony, alongside our key advisers and partners.

Good to spend time with Vivienne Sirikwa while in Tanzania this week. Vivienne runs Forward Motion (fomo.or.tz), Rift Helium’s social partner in the Rukwa region, supporting our approach to community engagement as we advance the Upepo Project.

With the Upepo Project at the centre of Rift’s growth plans, the Company remains focused on delivering its funded exploration programme and supporting Tanzania’s opportunity to play a meaningful role in the global helium supply chain.

Importantly, helium is to be included on Tanzania’s new Critical and Strategic Minerals list, as announced by Hon. Anthony Mavunde, Minister for Minerals, in Parliament. The list is expected to be officially published shortly.

This week, CEO Charles FitzRoy and Non-Executive Chairman Patrick Muwowo have been in Dodoma, Tanzania, meeting with government ministers and senior officials as the Company advances its funded work programme at the Upepo Project.

For #RIFT, this is a validation of the broader helium opportunity across the Rukwa Basin. Our acreage positions us strategically within this emerging helium province, and as a third-mover, we are well-placed to fulfil our objective of providing smart access to primary helium.

Congratulations to Helium One Global Ltd on securing Tanzania's first-ever helium mining licence for its southern Rukwa project. With a 480km² licence now formalised and a farm-out process underway, southern Rukwa is moving firmly towards development.
